This knife is designed with the German-style chef's knife in mind, but it features a thinner blade. Mac knives are renowned for their sharpness, with razor-like edges for effortless slicing. They are hard and stay sharp longer, offering a new definition of sharpness with just one slice. These knives are nicely balanced and offer good value.

With a 3mm blade, they are rust-resistant and exceptionally sharp, made out of high carbon to maintain the edge for a long time. The knife is also lightweight with a Pakka wood handle. It is recommended to hand wash the knife as it is not dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
