The 2-piece set is perfect for both the passionate home cook and the professional chef, featuring our TH-80 Chef series 8" chef's knife with dimples and TH-50 Chef series 5" paring knife with dimples. The elevated handle on the paring knife allows for easy use on the cutting board when slicing small foods.

The knives are constructed with stain-resistant molybdenum alloy, which allows for some of the sharpest out-of-the-box edges compared to any other brand. The alloy also enables thinner blades, reducing wedging into cuts and providing longer edge retention. Additionally, it resists staining, rusting, and corrosion when properly cleaned and dried.

Featuring ergonomic Pakka wood handles, the knives have a wood-like feel with the durability of plastic. They are comfortable for both left and right-handed users, with upswept handles providing better knuckle clearance under the handle, reducing wrist and hand fatigue.

Constructed through stock removal, the thin blades are first stamped to create the basic shape before being completely tapered from spine to edge. This construction allows the knives to easily cut through hard or dense foods such as carrots and apples.

The dimpled edge on the sides of the blades allows for smooth cutting through potatoes and apples, releasing the vacuum effect that occurs when cutting through sticky or starchy foods.
